We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Because our products are custom made, once your order is placed, all products are reviewed for quality before shipment. That said, if you encounter any quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail at email@example.com.
We cannot offer any returns after 30 days from the date of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items returned for a refund must be returned with the original box and packaging material. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are not offered given the customized nature of our products.
Certain items typically cannot be returned for a refund (including personalized products) but, again, we strive for customer satisfaction so please contact us if you encounter any issues so we can evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for return shipping costs to return an item. If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. If you do notice a mistake on your order and it has not shipped yet, please send us an e-mail immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We package our products very securely. However, in the event that your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please e-mail us photos of the damaged item, together with the shipping box and packaging material to be eligible for a product replacement.
