Return and Refund Policy
Our products are custom made after you place your order. All products are reviewed for quality and accuracy before shipment. That said, if you encounter any quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail at support@bouncingbrick.com.
We cannot offer returns after 30 days from the date of your order. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or have a manufacturing issue. Exchanges are not offered given the customized nature of our products. All return and refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items returned for a refund must be returned with the original box and packaging material. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping costs to return an item. If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage the use of a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Changes to Orders
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. If you do notice a mistake on your order and it has not shipped yet please send us an e-mail immediately at support@bouncingbrick.com and we will do our best to address your issue if the order is not too far into the manufacturing process.
Shipping Damage
We package our products very securely. However, in the event that your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please e-mail us photos of the damaged item, together with the shipping box and packaging material to be eligible for a product replacement or refund.
